Want to be fast? This Thursday night at 7pm (be here at 6:45pm) we will be holding an indoor trainer ride here at the shop.

We will be watching a Spinnervals workout, bring your bike, a towel, any food you like and water. Trainer Rentals are $5.

Born and raised in Crofton, MD. Worked in the bicycle industry since my teenage years. Went to Slippery Rock University in PA. Now I own a shop and love going to work every day. My wife, Sarah, helps me run the shop and keeps things in order. We have two awesome kids (Dexter and Willow) that think it's cool that their dad owns a bike shop.
